You could have up to $500 liability if the loss is not reported within 2 days of discovery, or unlimited liability if the unauthorized transaction is not reported within 60 days of when the unauthorized use was reported on your periodic statement.
Can I use my card to get cash?
Certainly. You can get instant cash at ATMs and banks worldwide. You also can obtain cash loans by using credit checks that we may provide from time to time that you may use like a personal check to access your account. Keep in mind that the APR for cash advances may be higher than your everyday purchase APR. Fees, including a transaction fee for each advance, may apply. Check your ABOC BankCard member agreement for more information.

A variable rate is a rate that can change based on the index. We use the highest Prime Rate published in The Wall Street Journal on the last day of the month.

Why does it take 3-5 days for my payment to process?
Your payment will be credited to your credit card account as of the date of receipt by us only if received by 5:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time). Any payments received after this time will be deemed received on the next business day. If your payment due date falls on a postal holiday or weekend, payments received on the next business day will not be deemed late for any reason. Payments made at any location other than the address shown on your monthly statement could be subject to delay in crediting. With your payment, include your payment coupon, which is a portion of your monthly statement. If you do not include your payment coupon, credit to your account may be delayed. It may take 3-5 business days for your bank to show the payment as a debit on your checking account, although this time period varies from bank to bank.
